PLEASE NOTE: THE NTIA WILL NOT ALLOW REFUNDS. ONLY EVEN EXCHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED

 

To exchange a defective unit please provide the following information in the send email form (all information must be accurate to process exchange):

1. Subject: Exchange

2. Your Name:

3. Your Phone number:

4. Your Email address:

5. In the Message field please provide: Converter box Brand, SKU number, Serial number, Customer number/order number, reason for requesting exchange

 

Once your request has been received and all information has been verified. BSAT will issue an RMA number. The RMA number with the shipping address will be sent to your email address.
